This past week I went through the EQ-I test with my boss and mentor Terry Storch. First I took a 20-minute online survey answering multiple choice questions about how I think, feel, and respond to different situations. After the software generated and interpreted my scores, Terry studied my results, and we setup a meeting to discuss them.

Andrew Playing Basketball

My two-year old Andrew loves playing basketball. He can’t get enough. Each time I lift him up to the hoop, he tosses it in he hangs on the rim as long as his little arms can stand. Then he drops into my arms, we pick up the ball, and we do it all over again, and again, and again. Yes, my arms feel like noodles.
